    Seriously, do it. Most approaches to the treatment of depression offer solutions that only work in the short-term - a "do these things and you won't be depressed anymore" approach.

    Your vulnerability to depression "I've been suffering from clinical depression since I was about 18 or 19 years old and have been taking medication (Zoloft) for the past 3 years.
