I was so excited about the whole experience… One aspect of the exercise that many women comment on is the speed at which it acts. They often see dramatic results between the time they start the exercise and their next period, as Fiona and Penny certainly did: It was one week from beginning the exercise to my next period and I had a feeling of equilibrium.
