What grabbed my attention was that your ideas goes against everything, I mean everything(including Arnold, Weider), I've read. I bought alot of books, including ebooks such as one from Brad Callen, Tom Venuto, Francesco Castano. In my mind I was thinking "This guy's idea is whacked, whats he thinking????" but then I thought, it sounds crazy enough to work.
