Practical weight loss
Your shopping lists were great! My wife is still working so with most meals on my own, I had fallen into a stale, repetitive pattern of eating, with frequent fast-food meals and restaurant dinners with my wife, but your meals were so effective at melting off that fat and so enjoyable that I actually saved a lot of money by making these simple meals for myself rather than wasting my money on fast-food.
